Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all swim sessions and sauna bookings at Swillington Wilds. By making a booking you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings

All swim and sauna sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Spaces are limited and bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Swim sessions and sauna sessions are booked for specific dates and times.

Cancellations and Refunds

Under UK consumer law, leisure services booked for a specific date or time are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period that applies to many online purchases.

For this reason, bookings for swim sessions and sauna sessions are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend.

Please ensure you are able to attend your session before booking.

If We Need to Cancel

In rare circumstances Swillington Wilds may need to cancel a session. This may happen due to situations such as severe weather, water safety concerns, sauna malfunction or staff availability.

If we cancel a session, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer your booking to another available session.

If the Service Cannot Be Delivered as Described

If a booked service cannot be delivered as described, we will provide a fair solution in line with consumer rights legislation.

For example, if a swim and sauna session is booked but the sauna is unavailable, we may offer:

• a partial refund

• the option to rebook

• account credit for a future visit

Weather

Swillington Wilds operates in most weather conditions. Wild swimming is a year-round outdoor activity and conditions can vary depending on the season.

Please dress appropriately and arrive prepared for the weather.

Sessions will only be cancelled if conditions are considered unsafe.
